Group sizing to stay together

I am trying my first AutoIt GUi and running into problems with Group boxes.

I have things setup ok except when I manually resize the program window,

the group boxes expand going outside of the Tab boundaries.

If i have 3 groups boxes side by side in a tab, how do I force them to stay inside

the tab AND respect which order they were defined (1 left, 1 middle, 1 right).

Also, my Tab windows do not resize as I manually expand the program window, why is that?
