is there anyway to use a usb controller button like in a game in autoit?

no, say for example street fighter on a a emulator, i use a controller and i was wondering if i can use autoit to make shortcut for moves. they only buttons that work are on my controller.

no premade functions, you would need to dll call probably

well is there anyway to assign the controller itself to keyboard buttons, so i can still use my controler and use keyboard commands in autoit?

Yes, someone at the forum posted something about this a while back ago...

Maybe someone remembers what the program was named.. ?

ok i figured out a method to work but theres a problem, its going to slow yet theres no sleep between the commands, is there any way to speed this up? i know when you have it type it can time extremly quick yet in the game thers like a half second delay between the down, foward and punch
