What are you looking to block, and just for kicks and giggles, could you explain your reason for wanting to do it? I'm curious for it may help me in knowing what to look for.

Yes, of course,

In fact, I don't must touch of the modification and creation date because it's for factures documents/files.

And I want reinstall my OS. And I have test move my files and folders and it create new modification and creation date.

In my opinion, this function use the shell32.dll file...
