Timed Downloader With Progress Bar

Here is my "Timed Downloader with progress bar". At work I have a corporate intranet site and need to keep files like spreadsheets and others types up to date. I have these setup to start downloading at different times to update files on my website which for me is also on a shared drive.I looked all over and did not see this on the forum. Maybe someone will find use of it.
