Although hard coding an administrator username and password is an option it's never really recommended. Even though autoit can't decomplie itself in newer versions if someone wants something bad enough they can get it. Using RunAs if your specifying the credentials when it runs isn't that insecure.

I tried picking up the password with procxp and i couldn't find it readily available. I'd like to see this could you PM me how exactly to do it?

I haven't done any updates to this script altough i do like the idea for being able to drag and drop a shortcut to run as and i will look into that, the browse button was kind of my crude attempt at doing that
