i'm trying to write a backup program but i have some troubles :

- how can i retrieve email addresses from outlook and windows live messenger?

- can i backup contents into a pc connected in lan ?

- Search forum for "Outlook.Application"

- use UNC path (\\computer\) syntax in FileCopy() - I'm not sure sbout that, just try it
