How to read and write from xml file

Hi

I want to read 80 nodes from xml and write it to another xml file:

<urlset>

<url>

<loc>http://www.url.com/</loc>

<priority>1.00</priority>

<changefreq>daily</changefreq>

</url>

</urlset>

Can anybody provide me the code?Its urgent.........

46" much better - 42 too small!
