Need help with detecting text

So basically, I need to be able to detect if few key words are on a web page

so

_IEBodyReadText

I'm not sure if StringLeft / StringRight / StringMid would do the trick because the text on the page is dynamic.

I did not know there was a String in string function, even though I use help file frequently.
