need help with a script - network communicating with host

hello ,

im a complete newb in autoit coding , anyway i decided to make a program that will help me in something but i can't find a function that i need.

the function that i need is the one that will do somethign if my connection with host breaks

for example:

if connection with (111.111.111.11<---host ip) breaks then show message box "you have been disconnected from the host" .
