Is There Anyway.. To Do Something Like.. For Say

A Client Connects To A " Con Server " Then.. " Con Server " Checks To See If The IP Was Banned Then If Its Not Make The Clients Connection To The Real Server.. ? Instead Of Going Through The " Con Server " To The Real Server
