Adobe Premiere Elements 7 Controls

I am trying to ControlClick elements on the UI of Adobe Premiere Elements 7 app but in some cases there are multiple controls that have the same control ID. I have also tried using the fully qualified CLASS name e.g., "[CLASS:UIF::ThemeButton; INSTANCE:49]" but the instance number changes on different runs. What other unique things can I use that would identify a particular control event if its ID is not unique?
