Fileinstall Error

Recommended Posts

whyme

Invalid FileInstall() function:

FileInstall(@DesktopDir & "\Test", @DesktopDir & "\Test1.bat")

I get this Error when trying to Compile .au3 If I run just the.au3 it works as it should.

FileCopy works and will Compile but FileInstall wont Why?

What about...

$desktop = @DeskTopDir

FileInstall($desktop & "\Test.bat",@DesktopDir & "Test1.bat")

I haven't tried it, but wouldn't the $desktop be evaluated at compile time while the @DesktopDir in the FileInstall command would be evaluated during the script run?
