Simple Image Viewer

Should be able to run without parameters or with a JPG filename as parameter.

Picks up filename or gets a filename from current/provided folder and displays the JPG fullscreen.

Should be able to detect if JPG has EXIF tag and rotate automatically.

Few questions.

1. What's the best way to rotate & resize it to the full screen size?

2. How to implement simple image fading?

So, what have you written already? Or are you looking for someone to write it for you? Have you created a GUI? Checked out $CmdLine (help file, under "Command Line")? Tried WinMove() or WinSetTrans()?

:)

Plan to write it myself... haven't written yet.. no problems getting filename..

Will probably try using image_get_info & GDI+ to do rotation & resize..

But how about WinSetTrans()?? Does it handle fading between different controls?? Or as it looks like it handles trans between windows..

The slideshow has to be pretty memory efficient as it's supposed to handle large volumes of photos.
