Extract time from IE

How do I write A code that extract the time from an ie or browser for example a site where only let me play every 6 hours the game

first step will be like get time from ie if the time reach 00:00 alert you with some heavy metal music naaaaa jk on that, and open a window brownser and restart timer to 06:00 this what i call a bot timer tracker or alarm bot. thanks for your help
