Scite change background colour

Hi i recently downloaded the newest scite and i notice that the color of the background is a sort of ligth gray or something and i find it awful to work with (don't know why but my eyes just wont accept it )

I know there is a possibility to change this all and its probably in the SciTEGlobal.properties but the problem is that i cant find it.

does anyone know which name it has?
