Single AutoIt executable to be used on 32 and 64 bit architecture

Also forgot to mention that this failure only occurs if we are on 64 bit system and running with 32 bit compiled AutoIt executable. If it's on a 32 bit system and 32 bit compiled AutoIt executable it works fine, and if it's on a 64 bit system with 64 bit compiled AutoIt executable it works fine. We are wondering why it is failing on 64 bit systems with 32 bit compiled AutoIt, and if there is a work-around or fix.

I seem to be facing a similar problem, ObjCreate("shell.application") fails on a 64 macine, when compiled for 32 bits.

Is this a known/reported bug?

Is there a work around (other than making both a 32 and 64 version) ?
