hello

is there a possibility in autoit to create a gui which is always on top even if a game in running.

wrong, but you will have to code it in other way than autoit for example D3D... or inject dll :P

It can't stay on top because when you click the game window, it will lose focus.

Well then that wouldnt be autoit then wouldnt it.
