Set cursor from exe resource

Is it possible to use a cursor file that is added to the compiled exe as a resource in the script? If so, how? And for bonus respect, can it be set (temporarily) as the system cursor?

Lookup FileInstall in your help file, just overwrite whatever existing file (must likely a file type that has bmp/gif of the cursor)
