spiderkayak Posted March 7, 2005 Posted March 7, 2005 it exists problems in obtaining @OSVersion in Windows 2003 !!! @OSVersion gives to the Windows version xp "WIN_XP" when it is executed in Windows 2003 Server. Somebody knows like solving this problem or obtaining the Operating system in Windows 2003.

spiderkayak Posted March 7, 2005 Author Posted March 7, 2005 A simple way to find the O.S. which can to be utilized with the same idea is to get the CurrentVersion and/or ProductName value in: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion I've tested this with WindowsXP/2K/3K/NT PD Anyway I will waiting for the fix with the solutions in @OSVersion.
