Using Run(), you can't set a specific size for the window to open other that @SW_MAXIMIZE. The reason is simple enough, if you set it to open at 1250x800, and the users desktop is smaller than that, you will have an immediate problem. As a matter of fact I have a client who, because of vision problems, still insists on using 800x600.

run("C:\Program\Mozilla Firefox\firefox.exe", "", @SW_MAXIMIZE)

You could use WinMove() (Help file) to set a size but it should be proportional to the desktop size.
