Send function in minimized window

Hey, i was wondering if it was possible to send a send(key) or mouseclick in a minimized window. Im going to be using this is in a mmo were i have 2 people i group im going to be playing the main character and im ganna put the second account to follow me, and when i hit "2" it click in the other window without maximizing it to heal my main character, i will be running my second account with sandbox. thx for your help
