Detecting Tab in IE and submit value in Text boxes

Hello,

I have several tabs in an IE window...

Every Tab has a title. I want to detect those tabs inside main IE window based on Tab title and enter values in Text box..

I would like to do it for multiple tabs in One IE window.

Is there any way to do it?

Please let me know.
