Windows server file auditing

I'd like to know what autoit functions I might use to write a script that will log user file accesses on a windows server shared folder.

I need to know who accessed the file/folder and what was done with it. For example user1 accessed file 1 and deleted it. User 2 accessed file 2 and renamed the file. I'm familiar with MS's object access auditing but I just need a simple text based log file (Real time). I specifically need to know what functions might access windows file access methods and user activities with those files. Thanks for any suggestions.
