You could try this....

CODE
HotKeySet("{PAUSE}", "TogglePause")

Func TogglePause()

$Paused = Not $Paused

While $Paused

Sleep(100)

ToolTip('Script is "Paused"', 0, 0)

WEnd

ToolTip("")

EndFunc ;==>TogglePause

pezo89,

Here is a way to pause your script using a HotKey:

HotKeySet("p", "Pause")

$Pause = False

While 1
    Sleep(100)
WEnd

Func Pause()
    $Pause = Not $Pause
    If $Pause Then
        TrayTip("", "I am paused", 3)
    Else
        TrayTip("", "I am running", 3)
    Endif
    Do
        Sleep(100)
    Until Not $Pause
EndFunc

The TrayTips are just for show - you can remove the whole If...EndIf section when you are happy it works.

As to making it work on 2 scripts at once - the help file says: "If two AutoIt scripts set the same HotKeys, you should avoid running those scripts simultaneously. (The second script cannot capture the hotkey unless the first script terminates or unregisters the key prior to the second script setting the hotkey.)" So you would have to use another method.
