I want to take a value (a string of numbers and letters) from the clipboard and store it as a data type. After storing the value I need to remove any white space detected in the newly stored data type. Any examples or ideas is greatly appreciated.

MsgBox(0, "Results", $sStr)

Thanks, for the quick response. The first line of code is a simplified version of what I have. I will utilize it if you do not mind.

My crystal ball seems to be fogged up today and I just can't find anything in your code that could be causing that.
