get all elements within browser page

I'd like to start up a project to list all the obects within a web page as pointed to by calling a function with the first argument being a url. I kinda think I can use this function for IE as a starting point.

_IETagNameAllGetCollection

But I'm unsure how to use it - I just need to output to a csv file - can you help please?

That function and the other similar functions will return objects. You can not export the whole object to csv i think , but you can export the object names or ID's or other similar information.
