Add multiple user to AD group

Hi,

I need a script, which will add multiple user to an AD group in one shot. the script will first check for any user account already exist in the group. If it found any account, then it will exclude that account and add the remaining accounts. This will be better if the script read the user accounts from a file and add them to the group.
