regular expression

I would like to retrieve a number in a URL:

http://a.com/cgi-bin/pub/main.cgi?section=...n_oid=638341204

I'm not familiar with autoit's regular expression because in Perl etc

I simply use something like:

/(\d+)$/

can serve.

Could anybody tell how to work out in AutoIt?
