OldCoder
Has anyone looked into using WaveRT, (WASAPI), as a means for dealing with Vista's, (maybe Windows 7), audio.MSDN on WASAPI: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd371455(VS.85).aspxMSDN on WaveRT: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa474703.aspx Edited June 4, 2009 by OldCoder "Intelligence is the ability to adapt to change." - Stephen Hawking "...not the ability to exploit others." - OldCoder
OldCoder
Really? I find it hard to believe, given the incompatabilities between XP's and Vista's audio, that no one has at least taken a look at this.Does anyone know if any support for Vista/Win7 audio is under construction, or if anyone is working on UDFs for it?(Found some stuff at: The Codeproject, though it looks like Greek to me, ). And yes, I have checked out the fine works of Volly and other excellent coders. Cheers.*ADDENDUM:Hmmm, quiet in these here parts. Must be my aftershave.
