download link is dead

It's been dead for over a year now from the posts above yours, did you think it would magically fix itself?

If I posted any code, assume that code was written using the latest release version unless stated otherwise. Also, if it doesn't work on XP I can't help with that because I don't have access to XP, and I'm not going to.

I hereby grant any person the right to use any code I post, that I am the original author of, on the autoitscript.com forums, unless I've specifically stated otherwise in the code or the thread post. If you do use my code all I ask, as a courtesy, is to make note of where you got it from.

Back up and restore Windows user files _Array.au3 - Modified array functions that include support for 2D arrays.  -  ColorChooser - An add-on for SciTE that pops up a color dialog so you can select and paste a color code into a script.  -  Customizable Splashscreen GUI w/Progress Bar - Create a custom "splash screen" GUI with a progress bar and custom label.  -  _FileGetProperty - Retrieve the properties of a file  -  SciTE Toolbar - A toolbar demo for use with the SciTE editor  -  GUIRegisterMsg demo - Demo script to show how to use the Windows messages to interact with controls and your GUI.  -   Latin Square password generator

can moderators remove posts with 1 year old dead links ?

Kinda useless to have it here if no one can download anything nor see the source to be able to maybe finish it.

People still stumble on this topic thinking its alive, but its dead so it should be burred for good

Wow, did't think anyone would still be interested in this old project, in fact I had forgotten about it.

I don't have the latest version of the source code available, but i think i have the hard drive from the computer on which i developed this application on somewhere, but I have no intentions of starting digging after that now. However, I had a copy of the web root on which i used to host it, so i uploaded the zip from there on the first post (When i first created this project the attachment space was nowhere near the size of today, which was the reason for an external mirror)

EDIT:

Also, it should be noted that I've not done any exhaustive testing with the application on modern operating systems. Windows 7 (or vista?) and newer do not like programs writing in their own folders (which is a good thing) which may break some functions.

However, as stated above, download in first post :)

When i download i get this?

URL: http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?app=core&module=attach&section=attach&attach_id=43671 The content is blocked due to the following condition: The item you have requested is infected by a virus. It will not be downloaded. Report: TR/Injector.392601AU

As I have not been here for a while I don't know the current status of the war on false positives, but I remember that it was common of AV-companies to report autoitscript-executables as viruses.

If this has been resolved with the later versions of AutoIt, then a recompile of the application might help against this as the current exe is compiled with an old version of autoit. This, however, requires me to get hold of the source, which i can't do at the moment (finals week).
