Application installation - MDT

I'm using the Microsoftsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) to deploy and install winXP workstations.

The MDT handles the installaiton of WinXP, add PC to domain, setting the correct timezon and regional settings etc.etc. everything works just fine.... BUT... the Deployment process can handle unattend installations of application. wherefore I have created one ".exe" install script for each application, and if I run the the script manually it works fine, but if at let the deployment process start the installscript, installation fails...... It seems that the script doens't catch anything......

Is where anyone here that can help and push me in any direction to solve the problem.......
