What have you tried so far?

If you have not yet started your project, I would suggest that you need to look carefully at _DateDiff and work out a bit of basic maths to convert seconds to larger time periods (dividing by 60 is a good place to start!). Then a simple GUI (look at GUICreate) with a label (GUICtrlCreateLabel) you can update (GUICtrlSetData) regularly (Adlib or a While...WEnd loop).

Good luck. Come back if you have problems. :-)
