How Do Place Coordinates Within The ControlSend Function?

I want AutoIT to select documents through the Control Function below.......

The only issue is, I don't know how to place the coordinates within the function. Could someone help me out?

ControlFocus("Step 1 - Keyword Selection", "", "SysListView321")

ControlSend("Step 1 - Keyword Selection", "", "SysListView321","{ENTER}")

Try ControlClick instead of ControlSend

I've tried to place this....

ControlClick ( "title", "text", controlID [, button [, x [, y ]]])

But I got this error......

C:\Objects To Burn\AutoIT Scripts\Test.au3(14,43) : ERROR: syntax error

ControlClick ( "title", "text", controlID [

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~^
When I place the function , should I do it like this...
ControlClick ( "title", "text", "controlID" [, "button" [, "x" [, "y" ]]])
When I did that, I got this error......
C:\Objects To Burn\AutoIT Scripts\Test.au3(14,45) : ERROR: syntax error
ControlClick ( "title", "text", "controlID" [
What could I be doing wrong?
I'm finding out that mouse clicks are inconsistent. I'm looking for more reliability and stability.
You can't use the function syntax description at the top of the page, try the example script.. that'll work for ya
I've attached a pdf file of the problem I'm having with the controlclick function. Every time I place the code, the color changes and it gives me an error. I copied and pasted the function directly from the help file. What could be the problem?
