Noob Question- Copying a line in a text file

How do you copy a line in a text file ?ie line 1 , line 2 line 3 or what ever one i want?

I looked in the help file ,but my searching abilities seemed to of failed me .

Did you miss FileReadLine ( filehandle or "filename" [, line] ) Perhaps? ( Search for FileReadLine in the helpfile )

Basically , i want a small program that will open multiple websites ( ebay, email , + others ) with one click and log me in . So username/pw in text file and just read/write .
