Can't edit in tinymce editor

Recommended Posts

I need a solution for edit in tinymce editor

I'm did try many ways:

-_IEFormElementSetValue (don't post)

-_IEPropertySet with "innerhtml","innertext","outertext" and "outerhtml" (don't post)

The html source is like this

<textarea id="aboutMe" name="aboutMe" rows="4" cols="50" class="ka_tinyMCE_input"></textarea>

You can see this editor here:

You're being fooled by the textarea -- that is not where the content is updated... it is an iFrame

<IFRAME style="WIDTH: 100%; HEIGHT: 100px" id=content_ifr src='javascript:""' frameBorder=0></IFRAME>

You'll instead need to use _IEBodyWrite* or _IEDocWrite* to update it.

SciTe Debug mode - it's magic: #AutoIt3Wrapper_run_debug_mode=Y Doesn't work needs to be ripped out of the troubleshooting lexicon. It means that what you tried did not produce the results you expected. It begs the questions 1) what did you try?, 2) what did you expect? and 3) what happened instead?

Reproducer: a small (the smallest?) piece of stand-alone code that demonstrates your trouble
