SQLite Help

I am pretty new with AutoIT and have no experience with SQLite (or any sql, only db software I can use is access). I have searched these forums and the web in general but cannot find many tutorials that don't assume more knowledge and understanding then I have. I feel like the AutoIT side of using sqlite doesn't seem that difficult after looking at the help file but I still cannot figure out the basic operations of SQLite. Does anyone know of a good tutorial/guide/into to SQLite or even better one that explains both basic SQLite and proper usage in AutoIT?
