Replace keyboard characters?

I need a script to replace specific keyboard characters with customized characters.

I got this idea where one of my friends used the character '6' to replace 'b', becouse of a damage of tast b.

Any help will be appreciated.

Read the help file for the _WinAPI_SetWindowsHookEx() function. You can register a low-level keyboard procedure to handle keyboard strokes event on the entire system rather than only your application. If, for example, the vkCode parameter of the $tagKBDLLHOOKSTRUCT equals the virtual key value of 'b' you can use Send() and return a non-zero value in the hook procedure so the event won't triggered to the rest of the applications.

Thaaaaaanks Authenticity, I searched help file for _WinAPI_SetWindowsHookEx() function as you suggested and it looks very interesting, I'll try to modify it as I need and let you know about it. Your help was very nice!
