but i want to make a script for my work

example

i have a computer called "pc_59" with 50 profiles - c:\documents and settings\vd213454 ... zj230333 ... and ...

with total commander i usually have to manually copy "desktop" and "documents" folder from all profiles to network folder - \\dataserver\backup$\pc_59\vd213454 ... zj230333 ... and ...

this is totally boring you know :-)

my friend said to me, that autoit should posibly help me with it

is it true and how complicate it is?

Hi,

have a look at http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=28754&st=0&p=204237&hl=robocopygui&fromsearch=1&#entry204237

In the tab FileSelection you can exclude directories for copy.

You also can save your selections into a batch file. This could be run as a sheduled task.

;-))
