i give up. i just friggin give up. i see lots of people successfully connect their computers via homemade tcp server/clients.

there's a little issue called ROUTERS!

none of these people seemed to be disturbed by that fact.

i can't figure it out myself, what's your secret?!

none of said people mention trouble with port forwarding or whatever

Port forwarding is easy. In fact, many programs will use UPnP to configure the router automatically.

I found a script in the example forum that does just this. http://www.autoitscript.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=73675 This is just one of them.

I tried. I honestly tried searching every possible keyword combination to perhaps find another script, one that i could understand. There are two main problems with this script. First is that it's in arabic. I don't speak arabic. The second is that except for the tooltips and other useless parts, i can't figure out the main part of it. Could anyone please find an english port forwarder thing and perhaps add comments?

Here's a website with tutorials: http://portforward.com/

Edit: Please use descriptive thread titles. For example "Help configuring port forwarding on router"

Sorry about the non-English page. I had a good one before but the new search is less useful than the old one.
