Send key to minimized process

Hello,

I have been looking into this and haven't found a way to do it yet.

Is there a way i can send a key to a minimized process?

I want a function like

"If _IsPressed ("blah")

Send ( "blah", "Process Name or Control" ) ;Need fixing"

I hope this isn't to much of a noob question.
