Problem while read value from Registry

I'm having this problem.
For example, check that you read the key value hasn't created in Registry:
RegRead("HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Le Quoc Nam","me")
If key "Le Quoc Nam" and "me" haven't been created ̣̣̣̣̣̣̣̣̣̣̣̣(or they has been created and the value "me" is 1, then tick to checkbox, and elseif untick.
Could someone help me how to do, thank you. :)
