Fixed misterious EndFuncs replaced with EndIfs.
Removed _HyCam2_StarburstFrames().  Does not appear to function as the HyCam2 documentation states.

I start contributing as this UDF would be helpfull for one of my project when my clients needs to use my programs on computers without INTERNET connection (very restricted access to some of GOV databases ).
So to gave any ONLINE support for my clients I need a easy tool to record video from screen actions.
And have possibility to watch this on second computers with TeamViewer.
