A little unspecific this request >_< ...

- close the process

- remove process from windows firewall exception list

- if the process supports it, send a command to cut connection

- add ip's to host file....

That depends on the application interface >_<... Gui control (use AutoIt to "click" the disconnect button), Telnet interface, Registry values... no really on-fits-all solution for this one. Maybe removing the app from the windos firewall exception list (search forum) will work.
