Move files

Hello to all,

i've a problem to solve.

one machine on my LAN copy some file to a local FTP.

When file land on my FTP i must copy it on 2 repository.

Often a file is not finish, and copy operation copy incomplete files on my repository.

There is a way to understand when file is not used by anyone, and move it in onother location ?
