Make pull from file

I need to pull from a .txt file that will be located on the desktop I needs to first pull everything behind the : then evrything in front of it. Is this possible thank you in advance thank you and this was typed on iPhone so it might read wired lol

$aText = StringSplit($sText, ":")

If @error Then
