Haven't been able to test it but something like this may work.

#include <GUIConstantsEx.au3>

Opt('MustDeclareVars', 1)

    Local $szIPADDRESS = "172.24.17.171"
    Local $nPORT = 9998
    Local $MainSocket, $GOOEY, $edit, $ConnectedSocket, $szIP_Accepted
    Local $msg, $recv
    Local $data = ""

    ; Start The TCP Services
    ;==============================================
    TCPStartup()

    ; Create a Listening "SOCKET".
    ;   Using your IP Address and Port 33891.
    ;==============================================
    $MainSocket = TCPListen($szIPADDRESS, $nPORT)

    Else
        $aRet = 0

Otherwise search the forums. There are a many different examples floating around the place.

Cheers,

Brett
