Time control through time zones - To set yourself

How to start it:

1st. Read the notes into the program to set time zones.

2nd. Build it

3rd. "Cut" the .exe you have built

4th. Enter your children's account

5th. Paste it on, for example, C:/WINDOWS/ ( always a hidden/depth directory)

6th. Let file start automatically: go in Start - Control Panel - Scheduled Tasks, add a task and follow the wizard.
