How to disable hotkeys?

I would like to know how to disable hotkeys. It should happend after click "Stop Macro" button in my program.

Here's main program:

While 1

        $a = GuiCtrlRead($Input1)
        $b = GuiCtrlRead($Input2)
        $c = GuiCtrlRead($Input3)
        $d = GuiCtrlRead($Input4)
        $e = GuiCtrlRead($Input5)

        $start = True
        $stop = False
