Window not detectable

Recommended Posts

sakshi

I have a issue detecting a window which appears after some processing task completes in a previous window having

same title,

same classname as that of the previous window,

and both have no visible or hidden text as can be in the screenshot

http://mbf.me/uCFJ

please help me detect this window which appears.

i am using sleep right now to wait for the window to appear but that is not a robust way, because the

processing may take longer to complete on some machines.

so please help....

thanks

IF the windows r identical

Get handle from first window and compare it to active window, or detect win size and compare it to active win. That shud solve your problems if im not wrong.

(the other way "not so recomanded" can b comparing it with controls on it)

Edit:

Your on wrong tab for window info

Go on tab Summary (the last tab on the right) to see all info from that win.

Some say that it’s all in the timing, seizing the right opportunity. Others even say it’s the ability to leave no trace behind, be a ghost.
