darkmaster071 Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 (edited) Anyone got an ocr that can read this simple captcha? Edited June 12, 2010 by darkmaster071
JohnOne Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 (edited) After 1/2 days of joining this forum I could easily see that helping people bypass security measures was not its function. Over 1 year you have been here, whats your excuse? zero57 Posted June 12, 2010 Posted June 12, 2010 (edited) Don't tell me, you want to make a bot that signs up for you. Am i correct or am i not? Also, I don't think Autoit can read that kind of thing.. (Probably some way of using PixelSearch, but i doubt u can make pixelsearch to read letters like that.) EDIT: Dang, Ninja'd by JohnOne. darkmaster071 Posted June 12, 2010 Author Posted June 12, 2010 This signs in to a website, i dont see the harm in that?
Kealper Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 The harm is that the site obviously does not want any sort of automated login, since they have a CAPTCHA in the first place. So anyone that says how to make one would be helping you circumvent security measures put in place by the website's admins. I don't know if there is any rule against helping people do that on this forum, but it is certainly frowned upon. On a side note: Doing that in AutoIt would be far more work than it would be worth, there are other languages that would probably be more suited to that specific task.
